You may be required to submit identity documents — including but not limited to a national identity card (CNIC), passport, or utility bill — at any stage of your use of bjbji.

4.3 Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent documentation during KYC verification is a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and referral to relevant authorities.
5.1 All bjbji transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). bjbji does not impose currency conversion fees on PKR deposits or withdrawals.
5.2 Accepted deposit methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. bjbji reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.
5.3 You may only use payment methods registered in your own name. The use of third-party payment methods is prohibited. Deposits made via a payment method not registered to you may be reversed and the account may be suspended pending investigation.
5.4 Minimum deposit amounts are specified on the bjbji deposit page and may vary by payment method. bjbji is not responsible for delays or failures caused by third-party payment providers.
5.5 Deposited funds held in your bjbji account are not eligible for interest. bjbji is not a financial institution and your bjbji wallet is not a banking product.
6.1 Withdrawal requests are subject to: (a) completion of KYC verification; (b) satisfaction of any applicable bonus wagering requirements; and (c) compliance with bjbji's anti-fraud review procedures.
